My husband finally gave up coke and replaced it with poppi. He thinks the orange and lemon lime taste the best. It is more expensive but so much better for you.

Honestly better than drinking soda!!! It’s healthy and it doesn’t even taste like it! I prefer these over anything now!

    • Helped to lower my Triglyceride level, but I just wish they were less expensive
So I can't say 100% definitively that drinking a Poppi a day helped to drop my triglycerides from about 175mg/Dl to roughly 120 mg/Dl... but it was one of the changes I made. I also started eating a greek salad with chicken breast 3-4 times a week for lunch... but between the two, I had a pretty big drop! Notes- - The elephant in the room is the cost. When not on sale (occasionally they will offer a 30% discount) Poppi's are expensive. I wish they would sell them as 30packs (one a day!) with some sort of significant discount. - I see true health benefits from Poppi, or at least I attribute them to Poppi. They seem help with any bloat I may have. - Definitely seems to help my skin feel healthier to the touch. Not exactly something I can quantify, but it seems to feel smoother/softer. Maybe I am off my rocker on that one. - I mentioned the drop in Triglycerides - Flavors... Cherry Limeade and Orange are by far my favorites, then grape (it tastes candyish) Doc Pop, Watermelon, Raspberry Rose, Root Beer... I find Strawberry lemon waaaaay too tart and the Soda is pretty awful. - I do worry about drinking them too late at night. They leave a bit of a sour flavor in my mouth. I am worried about my teeth. Even after brushing my teeth I still wake up with a bit of a source flavor in my mouth. My doctor hasn't mentioned enamel erosion...but I rarely drink a Poppi within 3 hours of going to bed. Again, I really enjoy drinking an Orange Poppi each day. It seems to have several benefits... and it actually tastes good. Other flavors are a bit more of an acquired taste. ... show more

I get thisproduct on subscription from Amazon and the product on the right is what we are used to and has a nice orange flavor to it and the product on the left is clearly missing something and does not taste like orange. The 9/2/25 expiration is the one that is bad. I’m leaving one star because Amazon refuses to give a refund on this product and it is undrinkable. We have had this problem once before from the grocery store in a four pack. I really hope they get their quality under control. ... show more

After a slight adjustment from the artificial stuff I am used to drinking. This quickly became a favorite of mine taste wise. I tried their root beer and it was absolutely disgusting to me. Most importantly I dont feel as bad when the sugar wears off. And I dont have a nagging thirst or thick aftertaste to contend with like other Orange Sodas. ... show more

Our family loves Poppi, mostly the orange and watermelon flavors. We don't typically drink soda so they satisfy the need for carbonation and flavor without all the added junk. If you are wanting it to taste like regular soda though, you will be disappointed. It's got a very mild orange flavor and I have found that sometimes one can tastes a little different than the next.
