These are pretty expensive but it's worth the cost for us to satisfy the soda cravings. My husband and I don't drink soda at all anymore since getting these. They only have 4 grams of added sugar per can compared to 30+ in regular soda cans. Additionally, the ingredients are natural so I don't feel guilty. I think all of the Poppi flavors are really good, but I absolutely love the grape! I also love that I’m drinking a grape soda with only 25 calories and 5 grams of sugar AND it has prebiotic fiber. It’s a winner!

It’s very unique and refreshing and I really like it. Kinda tangy. The only thing is it wasn’t cheap and some of the cans arrived dented and tasted flat. And some of them are fine and taste fizzy.

This is a good raspberry soda. Poppi markets themselves as a “probiotic” but there is not really enough fiber in these to see too much of a difference. However, these are great much lower calorie, cleaner alternatives to normal soda. The flavor is also unique and not found among other sodas in the market. It is a light raspberry soda without tasting too sweet or artificial. I have only tried it by itself but I bet it would make as a good mixer in a cocktail like a G&T. While I don’t think that it provides a significant amount of fiber, it is a nice-tasting healthier option versus normal soda. ... show more
