I'm currently in a skilled nursing facility and one night I had the munchies and was needing something sweet to eat. So I went to their vending machines and the first thing I saw was pop tarts right in front of me... and for some reason they sounded good...(I've never liked them, so I was kinda tripping out) I got a package of cinnamon and brown sugar and when I tasted it I couldn't believe how good they were!!😛 I didn't know if it was just because it was around 4:40 and I had the munchies so the next day I bought another package and as soon as I had another one, I knew I was hooked. I started hanging out in the snack room and watching the vending machines to see when they got stocked, and then I would buy them all...that started getting a little bit costly so then I started going through Amazon and just buying a case at a time, and I'm not lying. My point is that they are very delicious, but...I can't stop eating them. I honestly think that I'm addicted to them...but MY BUTT is the one paying for it, I'm going to be buying a whole new wardrobe if I don't quit soon...I'm going to open a package right now and take a nice big bite. Amazing to think these were first produced around 1964. I enjoyed these when I was young and now that I'm old I still enjoy them. I have not had one in about 10 years and on a whim purchased these. The expiration date is for Nov 2024 so I'm not sure I will have the time to eat these before the expiration date, which is OK because I am somewhat suspicious of foods with a long expiration date. When I was young I used to separate the front and back of the pop tart and scoop the brown sugar into a ball and eat that last. I tried that with these and there just isn't enough brown sugar to scoop up. The brown sugar cinnamon were my favorite when I was young and they are still my favorite. I only wish they would come up with a double stuff brown sugar cinnamon Pop Tart. I would definitely pay the extra money. ... show more
