Out of the box, the cue had a very slight wobble when I rolled it. And I mean very slight. I did not notice it when using it for shots, only when rolling it, and to be honest, you'd have to look pretty hard to see it. It still felt and played great. I've played lots of pool, but never owned my own cue. Very happy with my purchase of this Cue Stick. It is straight as an arrow. The finish is very smooth and color is nice. First game played with this cue stick and won the game. It has a nice solid, well balanced feel. The tip is excellent.

I am a casual pool player. I go to the local pool hall a couple of times a month to play 9 ball for a couple of hours. Using the cues at the hall can be an exercise in frustration, as they are often warped, damaged, or have lousy tips. So, having my own, even if lower end, seemed like a no brainer. This cue is infinitely better than those at the hall, though it isn't perfectly straight. Rolling it on the table shows a slight warp, which is a bummer, but I used it the other night for a couple of hours and it worked pretty well in general. And the price is right.
