The tank itself is of great quality and the perfect size for my betta, his plants, and a heater. I also really like how the top lifts off for feeding/cleaning purposes. However, the filter’s flow is way to powerful for a betta fish, and aesthetically, it takes up a large part of the tank. The media could not be loaded. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. I am more than happy with this 7 gallon fish tank from Pondon. The quality surpassed my expectations. I chose this tank for three reasons: The 7 gallons is bigger than the average 3 or 5 gallons for my Betta Baby, it has sponge filtration which makes the flow much more gentle for a Betta fish and the sponge protects the intake to prevent injury to a Betta, third, I love that it is glass all the way around so that I can see Flash (my Betta) at every angle in my living space. Nice tank. Pump is quiet, I only hear a trickle of water. Good size for a betta- he is so happy, but getting used to the water flowing. I wish I could adjust the power. Needed to buy a separate heater, as it didn't come with one.

I got this tank for a betta. I currently have it setup and am waiting for the cycle to finish and my plants to take root. It was very easy to assemble and setup. It has great build quality with premium materials. It's not too heavy me ain't it can be placed in some unconventional places.

The attractive, compact design of this 4 gallon tank looks great anywhere. All the main components are included and setup is quick and easy. I like that the filter does not require any special expensive filters. A sheet of bulk filter material should last a long time and be inexpensive. The blue light looks great and can be turned off and on as desired. The aquarium's pump is quiet. The main sound that is heard from the tank is a the quiet trickle of water.
