  • Easy to use
I sealed and filled a couple of cracks in my foundation using this kit. I hate to give a rating on its effectiveness because I may never know how well it works. But that being said it was very easy to use, didn't have a terrible noxious smell as many do and was reasonably priced. If my repair ends up leaking I will update this review otherwise thumbs up. ... show more

  • Not as easy as seen in the video
This thing gets really hard. I followed the instructions and then added my own instructions. The packaging says no drilling, but if I use this again, I’m drilling a hole before I install the injection ports. I had a very difficult time trying to squeeze the heavy liquid into the tiny crack on my wall. I thought I did something wrong; but then as I moved up to where the crack was bigger, it got easier to push it in. My last injection port was sealed properly so the epoxy started oozing out of the side. Make sure the injection ports are covered and sealed properly before injecting the epoxy. Make sure there no gaps left uncovered. If you leave any open space when the epoxy can sip out, it’ll ruin the job. Clean the surface very well before applying the sealant. I dropped some of the epoxy on the floor and that’s how I know that it gets really hard. I had to use a clap to squeeze the caulking gun because my weak hands were not enough for the job. I ended up with blisters on my hands. I placed Brad nails inside the injection ports going through the crack. I should’ve used finishing nails instead. It would’ve probably made the job easier. Good luck! ... show more

  • Repairing a foundation crack is mostly not a DIY job, no matter which brand epoxy you use
One review on here complains of the tube blowing out the back and all over his bench. Most likely he was not mixing correctly and not holding the tube firmly enough to a solid surface. You can reseat the bottom if you see it coming out by pressing down. He went on to say that when he did start injecting, the epoxy came out of part of the port and leaked onto the floor and therefore the product is broke. The product was not broke, instead, he failed to properly seat, seal, or allow it to cure, and the problem was with his prep work. The epoxy paste that beds the injection ports and seals the crack surface takes 12 hours to cure before you can inject. Its the reason I only give this 4 stars. There are other brands that have a quicker set up time for this step, which is important, especially if you have dug the exterior of the foundation or if rain is coming. My point is, this system works well for cost v quality, (Ive used 3 of these myself) but you will need some knowledge and/or skill to successfully complete this type of job no matter what brand you use. ... show more

  • It injector to work
It was really hard to get the injector to work in the lost and was at half of the product because I just couldn’t use the operating mechanism

  • You’ll need more injection epoxy
The kit itself was easy; don’t listen to everyone who whines about the size of the ports or the difficulty of spreading on the sealer mix. The issue with this, is the injection fluid doesn’t expand. The kit only gives you two tubes, which is maybe about 1/3 of what you’ll need for a real crack. Do yourself a favor and buy 4 more tubes. Otherwise, easy and straightforward. ... show more

  • Bad Design
I read many reviews on this product and thought that the good outweighed the bad... I was sorely mistaken as when it arrived it already showed signs of leakage on the box, when opened one of the epoxy tubes had leaked. I thought it didn't look that bad and proceeded to prep my concrete wall for the use of this product. got the application pieces attached with the crack sealer and proceeded to coat the crack base to ceiling and waited the allotted setting time prior to injecting the epoxy. opened the bag with the tube that looked like it had leaked and proceeded to follow the instructions for mixing, did not even get to the first push of the tube and the back exploded and all the epoxy shot out onto my work bench.. I did not have a large crack to seal so I figured I would have better luck with the one that didn't look like it had leaked. I proceeded to start mixing this one and on the 4-5th push of the tub it started to try and blow out. I managed to keep this one together long enough to finish mixing and relieve the pressure when I removed the mixing rod and attached the cap for injection. I managed to be able to at least start injecting with this tube and hope that it would span the crack I had... two pumps of the injection and the epoxy pushed out a portion of the injector port and started leaking on the floor... after a long 30 mins of trying to get this to work I pray that the epoxy that made it into the cracks expands and seals the crack enough that I do not have further issues... I would most defiantly not recommend this product as it appears to be poorly made... ... show more
