I now work from home and have been on a quest to find the best headset for me. I use my headset almost exclusively for MS Teams. I was seeking a headset that was comfortable, I just put it on and wear it around the house most of the day. I also wanted one that obviously had good sound and the mic had to transmit my voice clearly. Lastly I wanted one that had a long battery life. This headset checks every box and does it well. When you open the box, the size and construction quality is clear immediately. This is a well made, sturdy, but not heavy headset. The Leitner was super light and comfortable, but felt cheap and it's 5-6 hours of battery life were a literal joke. For those comparing this to the Poly 4320, this is a different animal altogether in terms of construction, sound quality and noise cancellation. I also have tried the Jabra 65, it was lighter, but did not have any range, it would lose connectivity from my office to the kitchen and it is not a palatial kind of distance. You will not regret this purchase, it simply works, the poly app allows a high level of customization and honestly the lift mic to mute alone is almost priceless, no fumbling for a switch. I own two of these, one at work and one in my home office. Sound quality is great, microphone quality is great! I never have connectivity issues, it connects as soon as I remove it from the dock. The charging dock ensures it always has a full battery. The Polycom app allows you to turn on features like auto answering Teams calls. It’s comfortable, but becomes noticeable after about an hour on your head. However, I really haven’t ever found a headset I find comfortable for long periods, so I won’t take away points for that. ... show more

If you work in a call center or any environment where noise isolation is critical, DO NOT buy the Poly Voyager Focus 2. Despite its premium price tag and advertised features, this headset falls short when it comes to handling background noise. I recently used it for work calls, and the experience was disappointing. While on a call, the microphone picked up the sound of my wife sneezing—from across the house. If a sneeze from another room can make it into my professional calls, imagine how much of the surrounding office chatter it would transmit in a shared workspace. The headset may have decent sound quality and comfort, but if you need a noise-isolating mic to focus on your calls and not broadcast your environment, this is not the product for you. For the price, there are far better options on the market. Save yourself the embarrassment and frustration—look elsewhere for a truly noise-canceling headset. ... show more

This headset did a good job of setting up. The app works now without much fuss. I feel like the sound was good but my voice sounded very tinny. I'm not sure if people I called noticed or if it was just the feedback in the headsets noise cancelling circuits. I turned down the volume of the mic input back into the headset and that either fixed it or made it less noticeable. It's a good set up when you can adjust things like that. Overall I was pretty pleased with the headset. I returned it because the mute function would toggle uncontrollably sometimes, which seems like a wiring/button issue. It made the headset unusable. I might get another one but I'm not sure. The HP/Plantronics/Poly website combination is a hot mess. Getting anything done there is frustrating. You'll get sent back and forth in an endless loop just trying to register something. ... show more
