I bought this pocket knife because of the oportunity, it was sold as such low price that if it wasn't that good that to fit my camping gear I could find it another use. Well, the thing is that by the day I'm writing this review I have been using as my EDC for nearly sin months and I'm not disappointed at all. Confortable to handle, sharp right out if the box, easy to handle, good shape of the balde, open/close mechanism never failed as well as the lock one. IT IS SPRING ASSISTED. Overall, a good product I recommend as an entry level to pocket knives collecting or EDC carry. For only $7 (the price I paid), it's very solid, very heavy. Case is firm and comfortable to grip. Blade is thick and sharp, appears to be high quality. I can see no markings on the knife anywhere. A sticker on the box says "Made in China".

The pocket knife is really good for a small price its not too heavy and fits in your pocket really well, the blade is kinda sharp but cuts through tape and plastic very easily.

It's a great quality knife for its price. It's very sharp (I found that out the hard way). It's easy to open. But it did open up in my pocket and stab me in the leg when I was running. So if you're looking for a combat knife, this isn't the one. But otherwise, It's a good knife for self protection and cutting food while camping. ... show more

    • Kinda dangerous
It is a good size and comfortable to hold, and it seems like it has great build quality, and looks nice and sleek, but be careful because the blade will sometimes spring open if you drop it or sometimes the knife will open in your pocket, but the blade is sharp from the start.

Been very pleased with this knife. Originally bought it to use on a trip. Like enough it came home with me instead of being rehomed when I left. ( It made the checked bag short list) It has been used primarily as a food prep tool for fruits and veggies while traveling, and done a great job of it. However in a pinch I was forced to use this knife to break down a caribou quarter. It did well. Handled bone contact well. Didn't break when some pressure applied to the blade in joints. Took a new edge again after with a smith's carbide V sharpener. Now it's back in my pocket as my traveling food prep knife. Basics: strong blade, locks open well, no side wobble when locked, clip holds well on jeans, can be sharpened easily with carbide sharpeners. Would have been pleased if I paid $30 at the store ... show more

    • Awesome knife, literally the best knife for the price I have found
Bought this knife as a "if it breaks it breaks" beater knife for camping/burning man and it's become my favorite every day carry since. The main reason for that is the spring assist open. Many pocket knives have this, but none are as easy and reliable as this one's, if find myself opening and closing it for fun because it's so satisfying. The steel and sharpness are high quality for a budget knife, and the handle is reasonably tough for being a hard plastic (as opposed to metal). The plastic handle also makes the knife relatively light, which could be a pro or a con depending on your preference. Conclusion: great every day carry, and for the price point, might as well buy 5 of them and put them in every room of the house. ... show more
