Update! I contacted the Plus One company and they replaced the defective product. After emailing the company, customer service responded in a timely manner. They asked a few questions before ultimately sending a similar product (different type of charging port). I would definitely purchase from this company again. I believe all products/most of their products come with this type of warranty. Products are probably a bit pricier (not by much) but definitely worth it since I don’t have to worry about money going down the drain because the product was defective. Sure I've only had it for about a day but I can say that it feels great. It's a smooth silicone material and that makes it very enjoyable. It's incredibly easy to clean too, so I find that awesome. Considering this is my first toy I don't have a problem with it. It's affordable for what it is, and does the job great. I haven't used all the vibration settings yet but the ones I have tried are very nice. There are lots of reviews saying it's died on them after a month or even a few charges, so I hope that doesn't happen. Even if it did however I still enjoy the shape alone. It's the perfect length for me. This company makes lots of great toys so I'm planning on buying from them again 👍 Anyways, I highly recommend this! ... show more

After thinking that I got a "broken" unit, I was watching the video for The Rose, where it said it was also a press and hold button to start it. I tried that. It worked, and then it really worked! As a 60 year old woman, the mind is willing, the heart is willing, but, sometimes the body just can't get going. What a great addition for my husband and myself!! LOVE it!! Also, you don't have to cycle through to shut off, Press and hold the button again, and it shuts off. I guess I should post this with the one star reviews (and there are many of them) to let them know the trick I had to learn the hard way... BUY THIS TOY!! ... show more

there are 10 settings and you can choose if youd like to use the massage bead or not. i dont think its beginner friendly being as from what i felt on my hands or thigh its a little strong but also it depends which settings so maybe scratch what i just said there. it could be a little big for a beginner definitely but if you not scared then by all means try it and make SURE to use a water based lube. !!!sillicone lubes WILL damage it!!! the clitoral stimulation part definitely felt a little strong even on my hand but im sure if you apply less pressure it should be fine. overall its definitely good vibration. good for the amount of money paid. the appearance is appealing to me personally i got the blue one and it seems to be pretty cool it will take a sec to charge definitely as with many sex toys charging always takes a while. ... show more

I fell in love with the bullet from this brand and I went and decided to try this. It didn’t miss the mark at all. This is by far my most favorite brand of vibrators. They are affordable and pack a punch. I love that they are waterproof and the long battery life. The different speeds and frequencies make for fun times and it’s always different. Having to hold the power button for 10 seconds is also a plus because you don’t accidentally shut it off. Highly recommend the rabbit and will definitely be trying more from this brand. ... show more

The bottom port is completely blocked off - the changing device supplied cannot be inserted in any way to enable a charge.
