First of all it was a very nice packaging. Very clean and pretty design which I know no one cares about because let's be serious, it's a vibrator, but I feel like that is still a nice reassurance this is a nice toy for some reason, adds a bit of finesse to it (ik, it's a vibrator, no one cares, but I DOOOO). Now for the real amazing part of it, it's amazing settings. Look, my personal favorites are numbers 6 and 9, yes fr, it's ironic. But it's so amazing. It suits everyone's personal tastes, and the power is AMAZING. I will say that the battery lasts a bit shorter in comparison to some toys I've tried, but not by much. It's also pretty quiet, like I did a little test to see if I could hear it without doing anything with it at all other than it vibrating outside my room, and shit was silent. Definitely a hit for phone sex too, anytime a vibrator is used in phone time, it feels nice, but this one is perfectly sized and really nice. Idk what all these other reviews are talking about, because this product does not work. I received the item and immediately charged it to use later on. Maybe it was my fault for leaving it to charge for 5+ hours, but I’ve never had any problems with leaving any other “toy” plugged in for hours/days on end. With this being said, when I went to go turn on and use the item, it was okay, the vibration was extra, extra fast. I wanted to go through all of the speeds/patterns but by the time I got to pattern #4, the vibration completely stopped. I continued to click through thinking that the stop was one of the patterns, but nope. I turn the item off completely, waited 10 seconds and turned it back on: ZERO VIBRATION but I could hear that the item was on. Dumbfounded and upset, I thought maybe it did not charge completely or properly, so I plugged it back in. A whole night later, NOTHING. It’s been over 10 days and the item sounds like stadium lights with ZERO vibration. AND I CANT EVEN RETURN IT or EXCHANGE IT! 😡 Very upset with this product, will never purchase from “plusOne” again. ... show more

This warning: i own an original Hitachi wand and love how strong and sturdy it is but the downsides to it is that it's loud af,plugs into the wall and is big.I decided to look into quieter alternatives and have been gifted their version of a wand in the past by a friend and it was decent (the wand is stronger but louder than the bullet but not as loud and strong as hatachi and was wireless,lasted almost two years)so I figured I'd try this one out. Super quiet and small so easy for traveling.It doesn't even compare to the strength and lifespan of a Hitachi wand but i already knew that.chargeable never lasts as long as plug ins imo.This is good for when youre trying to increase sensitivity and ween off the strong vibes.It's pretty weak but it still packs a punch,it got the job done for a low price. Not really good for long sessions tho, i highly recommend it still. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I don't know if I should comment on the effectiveness of the vibrations considering I am a man, and the product is specifically designed for women, but I used it pretty much how you're supposed to use it, and it worked well for me. It seems strong enough - much better than my old phone's vibration motor, and the 10 vibration modes were very good. I also tested it submerged in a bathtub, and I often use it in the shower, so it's completely waterproof. I bought it in January, and near the end of February it broke. A couple of times it turned on in the middle of the night, and the second time, the only way to turn it off was to plug it in. From that point on, every time I unplugged it, it would turn on automatically and couldn't be turned off besides plugging it in again. This is a problem for me because, like I said, I'm a man, and I live in a college dorm with a roommate, and I don't want him finding out I have a vibrator! I'm hoping he thought it was just an alarm - it can be pretty loud, especially when vibrating against a hard surface. I tried fixing it by letting the battery die, but that only fixed it temporarily. What's worse, while it's broken, the vibration modes don't work! It's like it's a short-circuit straight to the motor. So, after thinking it through, I decided to try and get a replacement. I used the "Get product support" button on my list of orders, found an email on the website, and explained everything, attaching a video showing how it was broken. (That's the same video I'm attaching to this review). I also told them I had the original packaging if they needed it. They responded within 24 hours asking for my name and address so they could send a replacement! They had some trouble figuring out my college address, and after sending them a screenshot of the address Amazon used for my order, they didn't respond for over a week. I sent them an email asking if they were gonna ship it after 7 days, but then after 9 days, the replacement arrived in the mail! I still didn't get a response from customer service, but I got the replacement, so I'm happy. I still would have preferred if they let me know that they had shipped it. The replacement came in a brown cardboard box, same as the first one, so nobody at the mail room knows what I bought. Inside that box, it's the same packaging. My original vibrator is purple, but my replacement is cyan - that might be a good thing so I can tell which one is broken. Also, the new one came with a finger-sleeve attachment "for hands-free use!" The original one didn't have that. It's supposed to strap onto your fingers, but as a guy, I'm thinking of strapping it onto something else. A product that breaks right away deserves a 1-star review. However, it lasted almost 2 months (+1 star), customer service sent a replacement (+1 star), and customer service actually responded quickly (+1 star). That's why I'm giving it a 4-star review. Despite the complications with it breaking, it works very well as a product. If the replacement breaks though... I'm dropping it to a 2 or 3 star and I'm gonna buy from a different brand. I don't expect it to break though. Overall, I'm very happy with the vibrator and with the customer service. ... show more
