I was hesitant to purchase, mostly due to the price. I believe if I was doing an entire playground I would have to think long and hard about it. However, originally, I only needed one piece for a project I was working on. But, like always, things happen, one thing led to another and I ended up not needing this item. I found another use for it though. It just so happened that I had some steps in front of my shop and the first step ended up being a weird height up off the ground. Low and behold, it was the EXACT height of this rubber tile. So, now, not only do I have a use for the one...I'm going to order a couple more and the side pieces that go around the edges to make it a smooth transition (hopefully) to it's surrounding area. Even though (for me) 3 tiles and the rubber surrounds are still expensive, thankfully I only need 3 and I can tell you...these are VERY high quality and soft to step up on...yet firm enough to give you support as well. I can only imagine an entire playground made from this is probably super nice. I bet this would be perfect for municipal parks, town/city recreational areas, daycares, etc. For me, I'm just going to have some REALLY nice, REALLY high quality pads at the foot of my steps! I saw in another review that someone complained about shipping time. This item arrived to my home in 1 week, to the day, from the time I ordered it. The shipping was UPS and although you can usually view UPS tracking (and UPS will tell you the projected delivery date), this shipment WAS kind of wonky, in the fact that it only showed seller has shipped but no tracking info was available. I don't think the seller is responsible for that though because they marked it shipped within about 24 hours of me placing the order. All in all, if this fits your budget, look no further, because I can attest to the weight, and quality of this item. (I wouldn't be ordering a few more if I didn't think so). This product is not good for small surface.it is hard for kids feet’s. THIS SELLER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought four pice for $200 it come three weeks late. We completed the project. I wanted to return it back to the seller. They did not send me prepay shipping label. Instead they Send shipping authorization. It means I have to pay for the Shipping. The shipping was costing me $240. $40 more then I paid. I was force to keep the product. I complained to Amazon they are going to give some credit don’t know how much. I contacted the seller many times they refused to pay for shipping of the products that arrived late and it useless for me. ... show more
