I floss and scrape my tongue, Plax is used before brushing. Freshens and assists in frothing the toothpaste up so I can use a little while getting a lot. Saves me money! Then using a little to rinse afterwards, the whitests of teeth thanks to Plax!

I use some of this with my water flosser and it makes my teeth feel so clean all day! I’ve tried mixing other mouthwashes in there but I personally don’t think it feels as good
