This is my second purchase of these shelves. I use them for charms and small beads for my business. The upside is the many drawers with removable dividers allowing more room for storage. The only downside is it’s not the sturdiest. I keep the shelves on my work desk , leaning on the wall that the desk sits against. I store the heavier beads at the bottom and keep some folded cardboard under the frontside of the shelves allowing them to lean back into the wall. Without the lean, I feel the shelves might topple forward. Overall I have had the first shelf over a year with no problems. I bought a second. There are holes for super long screws to adhere to the wall. So keep that in mind too, otherwise the cardboard does the trick. ... show more

After I read the reviews I prepared myself for a flimsy, thin plastic "base" that the drawers went into. Imaging my surprise to find that, no, it's actually really sturdy relatively thick plastic. While I'm not putting anything extremely heavy in the drawers (using it to organize legos), I can't imagine anything that would fit in these and also pose a threat to the structure of it. It is very clearly made to hang, not sit on a surface, and certainly not stack, but I am able to easily set mine on a surface against a wall and not be concerned about it falling. It does not have any significant "lean" or anything of the sort, but it doesn't fit exactly flat when standing alone, which is why it's clear that it's absolutely not meant to stack and not really meant to just sit flat. Overall, I absolutely recommend buying and I likely will be buying one or two more, and hope I can snatch it up at this great price again next month when I have the budget. ... show more

I really like the number of shelves this has. It’s super nice that they can be divided as well. My only complaints are that the whole thing leans slightly forward (bottom and back side do not form a 90° angle) and the dividers have a pretty loose tolerance. I bought this to replace an older metal storage box that had rusted out. I am much happier with this plastic replacement with drawers that are see though and have tabs that can be inserted to create sub-compartments in each drawer. I bought this chest of drawers, thinking I was going to use it for sorting out small parts that I use in making rosaries. I have the chest a few months now and unfortunately, I’ve never gotten around to utilize it the way I thought I would only because not only being busy is gonna take a long time to sort everything out identify it on each drawer and everything but recently, I broke my kneecap and I’m gonna be laid up for several months, I was thinking I should give it to my daughter. I bought this thing because it was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon. I can see why it was the cheapest. It's flimsy and warped, but I made it work by screwing it to a thin piece of laminate, then mounted it to the wall. The plastic is off-gassing pretty badly, so now my whole garage smells like this thing. Lastly, it's obvious that the seller repackaged this thing with eyes closed because there was literally crumpled balls of packaging tape wrapped around the top, then probably drop kicked it around their warehouse before shipping it out to me.
