I'm on calls for several hours a day, which means my bluetooth earbuds will commonly die half way through the morning, so I really needed a comfortable wired headset to use while my bluetooth earbuds recharge. This headset was a bit more than I was willing to spend, but have always been a fan of Plantronics. These headsets don't disappoint and are more comfortable than I was expecting. The boom mic does not bend, but that isn't really a problem because the sound clearly picks up my voice without the ambient noise (three dogs in my home office) which is re-assuring. I tried another unit and had to send it back. This unit is great. I use it on my laptop with phone software on my laptop. I tested it with a co worker on the other line on the same system. She indicated the sound was as clear as picking up the hand unit on a phone. The squelch was very good limiting background noise. The speaker was very clear and comfortable to wear over my ear. I am not so quick to take the headset off after a call. The only thing is the volume is generally always on one click from max. Also I am not sure if it is the software or the headset, the button to hang up or to answer a call does not work. ... show more

Audio quality is tinny and sounds very cheap. Nothing like Plantronics headsets I have used in the past. Very disappointing and overpriced.

The headset arrived 1-2 days after I ordered it. Easy to connect. Good sound both sending and receiving. I find it to be very comfortable, although I don't wear it for hours at a time. I did need help from my office phone service to make some changes to the settings on their end so that the ringer continued to come through my computer, etc., but the issue was not with the headset.
