Description

AirBedz Original Truck Bed Air Mattresses come in several different sizes to fit compact, mid, and full sized trucks in long and short bed layouts. Cutouts on each side allow the mattress to fit around and over the wheel wells in a pick up truck, creating a sleep area that utilizes the entire truck bed. A built in rechargeable pump inflates and deflates the mattress at the flip of a switch. An integrated air coil system evenly distributes weight over a 12" thick mattress.

Love this mattress!! However, you need to make sure that the air nozzle valve to pump air in is securely tight. When I first opened it wasn't and air was leaking out. Totally exceeded my expectations. I was irritated that I couldn't find a mattress in the $100 range for my short box F-150 super crew cab, that I had to go up to the $200 range to find one to fit the 5'5" bed. Ordered this guy on Friday or Saturday and it arrived on Monday. Opened it and tried it out and I AM SO GLAD I SPENT THE EXTRA $$. This thing is incredible. Super durable fabric - totally confident it's going to survive many adventures. The built-in rechargeable battery already had enough juice to fill the mattress, and did it in just a few minutes. The fit is PERFECT, even with my bed liner, which slopes up at the front corners of the bed. And it is as COMFORTABLE as any air mattress I've ever slept on. More comfortable than some of the real mattresses I've slept on. AND I was concerned about my 5'10" son having to sleep with his feet dangling over the end, so you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to find that it included an attachable TAILGATE EXTENSION which I don't recall being mentioned anywhere in the product description.     • Gone through 2. Just simply bad quality!!!
We have gone through two, yes TWO of these. First one we bought last spring, used maybe 7 times and it ended up tearing in the seam/stitching. Tried to use the patch and glue it came with, the glue ended up chewing away more of the vinyl and rendered it a total loss. Just bought a second one giving it one more shot because it was great the seven days we used the first one and it doesn’t hold air, had to keep adding air throughout the night. The zipper on the carrying bag broke the first time we opened it. It’s really horrible to have so much money wasted, both beds had a price tag of $299 each. Don’t waste your money, because nothings worse then going camping far away and having your bed fail on you at 2am warranting having to find a hotel just so you can sleep. Also, it doesn’t have the greatest support over the wheel wells, quite flimsy, it’s not meant to be a full sized bed because of that I believe, so don’t purchase this unless you want to be spooning in the middle for good support and want to wake up several times a night on a rough truck bed. I’m warning all my truck tent people, this is not the one. This company needs to do better!!!!! ... show more

My husband and I took this mattress on a 5 night camping trip. Really easy to inflate and deflate. It held air for us the entire night even through varying temps. I was cautious ordering this after reading the multiple reviews of bad batteries or easily torn mattresses but that was not my experience. This mattress is sturdy and feels very well made! The utility was amazing! Had very little air loss over night sleeping myself and my two younger kiddos. Probably 320 lbs between the three of us. Held up very well. Setup and break down are a breeze!     • Air mattress was faulty - their customer service went above and beyond!
I have to say, they're customer service is beyond excellent. When I got my air bed, it had a malfunction. Simple mistake that could be made in any product. I sent it back to Amazon and contacted the manufacturers customer service about the problem. They told me that they would definitely send me a replacement but the model I want is out of stock. So the owner of the company called me himself and offered to send me a trade show model that they use as a temporary replacement while the model I want is being built. Once it's ready they will send that to me and I'll return the replacement. The owner was more than accommodating. Air mattresses can have a lot of room for mistake like leakage problems. They way they interact with their customers that might have one of those problems is very impressive. ... show more

    • Leaks, like every other blow up mattress
This is the most I’ve ever paid for a blow up mattress, so I thought I was going to get a quality mattress. Not the case. My son used this on a previous camping trip, and the mattress lost air throughout the night. Multiple times during the night, he had to inflate the mattress because he was sinking. He weights 180 pounds ,so it wasn’t due to the weight. I was mistaken, when I thought a $300 mattress would work better than the $50 matttresses I bought in the past. Now I’m stuck with a $300 mattress that you have to inflate throughout the night. We used the mattress 1 trip, and It’s pretty much useless. We purchased it a month and a half prior to the trip, so its no longer returnable. Waste of money. Beware. On a positive note, the inflator worked great, and it fills up fast. ... show more
