Over the years we’ve broken a few of our glasses like these, to the point where my husband was ‘hiding’ one from others in the house since they are his favorite type of glass. I had purchased some from big box retailers before but they were very thin and easily breakable. I ordered 12 glasses but only received 6 in the first box. I double checked that I ordered and PAID for the 12, not 6. I like the thickness and size and they seem very durable so I wanted to keep them. There are slight imperfections in the smoothness/roundness of the glass but we don’t mind that. I assumed it was a simple shipping mistake so I reached out to Amazon and they resent the item. I only received 6 AGAIN. I had to reach back out to Amazon customer service and eventually was able to speak to a person who canceled the expected return of the first box of 6. So now I have 12 like I paid for but that required a lot more effort than it should have. ... show more

I've purchased this twice, the first time I was satisfied. The glasses were intact and came in factory like packaging. This time the glasses were stacked in three's with a thin layer of bubble wrap between them which probably explains why they were broken. I won't buy these again.
