Update: I love these boots even more now!! I went hiking in Flaggstaff and Sedona for days in these babies and I couldn’t be happier! They gripped and gave support better than any hiking boots I’ve ever had before. And I wore them brand new to hike in! So freaking comfortable !! Listen, I usually write an honest, reasonable, logical review, but I am literally screaming at these boots!! I buy more boots than a cowgirl in a rodeo but this is the first time I’ve put on a pair and instantly fell in love! I can’t believe I got these for just over $200!! It’s a steal! My man said “are you Dora the Explorer?” I said “ B*** I am Laura Kroft in these babies!!” I was definitely running around new boot goofin in these beauts!! Okay, calm down.     • Had a hard time finding boots

I have high maintenance feet and knees (high arch, a little wide at the ball of my foot, knee issues that act up if I don’t wear good shoes) and I’ve been looking for a decent boot for my entire adult life. I don’t wear boots all the time but like to have them for occasions. I’ve spent decent money on boots over the years only to wear them once or twice but give up because my feet or knees end up being sore during and after wearing them. After my life long quest I FINALLY FOUND MY BOOTS!!! I had bought a pair of Pikolinos shoes that were so comfortable I thought “hey, I wonder if they have boots?” Well they do! These are pricey but if you’re like me it is completely worth it. I can wear them all day and even get my steps in without discomfort. I bought a second pair in a different color as soon as I saw it was available as these were a little hard to find. I’m also keeping an eye out for different styles. I’ve gotten many compliments on these, and I have to say when I opened the box I imagined my face looking like this because they are so cute: 😍🥰. FYI I usually wear Danskos and Birkenstocks to accommodate my wider at the ball feet and love those shoes for comfort if that helps for context. ... show more

    • These boots are literal perfection!

I've been wearing these for over a month now, and I could not be more pleased with my purchase! I am an avid boot lover and have tried many different brands and styles over the years, and these have surpassed my expectations. I bit the bullet and spend more on these than I have spent on a single pair of footwear, but they are the sort of boots that will last for 10+ years, if well-cared for. I have high arches, narrow heels and a wide toe box from sizable bunions, and shoes of any kind can be challenging in one department or another, but these hit the mark in all categories for me! I love the mid-calf height, they are tapered enough in the ankles to compliment my ankles and not cause the dreaded elephant-ankle. The sole is hard enough to sustain years of pounding pavement and the leather is incredible quality. Worth noting as well is that the incline is perfect to not cause an over-extension of the big toe while walking (such as with a flat-soled boot), yet they are low enough to be practical and extremely comfortable for all-day wear. I purchased my normal shoe size and I'm glad I did, because there's just enough room left to fit a pair of warm socks, but they still fit snugly enough when paired with tights. I get compliments on these bad boys on a regular basis, as they ooze quality and comfort. You won't be disappointed! ... show more

I love Pikolino boots, so was super excited to see this pair on sale before Black Friday. I ordered on Monday and had them in hand by Wednesday!! What?! It was the day before the anticipated delivery - five stars! five stars! They are so cute in person. I got the ink color, a very dark grey with chocolate brown accents. Never worn Pikolinos? They are VERY comfortable and usually you can just wear and go the first time, no wearing in period (of course depending on you and your feet). They also fit true to size (I have what is considered a normal width). Funny story -- don't be me -- I hadn't had coffee yet and went to put them on for the first time, 20 minutes into unlacing and lacing them... I realized they had a zipper. :D ... show more

OK, I almost never write reviews, but I was moved to write about these boots. I had read the reviews, I knew that they run narrow and small, I usually wear a size 10, these said 10.5-11 and they are PERFECT! (I have a narrow foot, so if a shoe runs narrow, that is a plus for me). From the moment I tried them on they fit like a glove, didn't need any breaking in, when I get home I feel like keeping them on, they are THAT comfortable! And the "lead" color is perfect--it is a neutral, so you can wear them with black pants, brown, grey, green--they go with almost anything! ... show more

Firstly, I could not believe they has boots my size, nobody seems to, and they fit perfectly! I have somewhat smaller feet so with these I didn't have to double sock. Secondly, the color is quite unique & rich looking with the strap in a complimentary color & a break from a black boot which is the only colour I always buy. They aren't as tall coming with the top being halfway between ankle & bottom of knee. Thirdly, they very, very comfortable, at least for me as I don't walk great lengths, but I'm sure they will do quite well for those who do. ... show more

They fit her as intended. Most importantly, they take to shoe polish well. I am blueing the boots with a navy blue shoe polish so they match her blue wool cloak. If you're looking for heavy duty boots like Chippewas look somewhere else. She wanted fashion and comfort over durability. With the proper care, these should last awhile. ... show more
