Product is excellent box did come a bit open, I guess when it went through check up they opened it which I didn’t appreciate, but the nipple comes in another wrapper inside the box so it was not touched. I am so thankful for these nipples my daughter has a partial cleft soft palate and these are live savers ! ... show more

First one ordered was great but it seems the second had a wider opening that my daughter would choke on because the flow was too fast. Overall worked great for my cleft lip baby.
