Normally I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this thing has me tearing out the last of the hair I have on my head. The construction is poorly designed & made from cheap materials. Doesn’t come with any kind of crossbar so you have to either buy it across bar for almost another $50 on Amazon. Or go to a hardware store and you find that there isn’t PVC strong enough or thick enough to accommodate this pulley system. Same thing for metal poles. If the brackets were already attached to my wall I would return this thing. The price was right and that should’ve told me everything I needed to know. Sadly if it seems too good to be true it usually is. I find it in the attic that I have to buy crossbars. The low price and lack of crossbars should’ve been my tip off that this was not a great product. Very disappointing and I hate that I have to leave this review but buyer beware. ... show more

Screws/anchors provided are not for drywall. Had professionally installed by someone from Taskrabbit. Was inittially concerned about weight since we were mounting for four 10' x 36' seamless paper rolls (rounghly 40lbs). It has been up for two months and we've had no trouble with it. Still feel the need to be very careful with it do to give and build quality. ... show more
