The perfume was completely empty when I received it. Not sure how this passed quality control, pretty bad. I’ve submitted for a refund but was told this was not an item I can return or replace .

I like this perfume, even though the name of the perfume is very weird and I do not like the name at all, the scent is very warm, skin like, and appealing. It has a very very attractive scent. However, it does not last long. It is not some thing that people will really notice unless you spray it all over your body and on your hair. And I would say that, the value is moderately good. I do think the bottle is gorgeous and it’s something that I decided to keep on my vanity because it’s that pretty. And I also think that because the scent is not really strong. It is appealing for people that are sensitive to strong smells. I would compare it to a very beautifully done skin like scent. Over half of the perfume leaked out during transfer. When I opened it for my birthday…the bottle is half full. It has continued to leak a little more over the past 2 days. I received it as a gift on January 9th. How can I get a refund? I would like to order again.

This is a lovely scent I have owned for a while now, this is probably the perfume I get the most compliments on, people have followed me into elevators to ask me what it is lol, however, first time getting it delivered and I’m not sure I’ll be doing it again. I could smell the scent coming from the box so I knew it had spilled right away. The box itself was not damaged at all so the issue is with the bottle itself, seems like at one point the spray component of the bottle was bent to the right which also makes it so that the lid does not sit flush’s.
