I did need a replacement because the silicone pad on the bottom was slightly off center (it's glued in) This is not critical to the functionality of the cup. They sent an immediate replacement and was off center as well, but I removed it and reset it. So easy to clean and hold. Keeps your coffee so hot you'll need to open the mouthpiece and leave that way till it cools a bit. Works really well and fits my needs perfectly! ... show more
