My dog has high levels of anxiety and this crate has been amazing while we relocated from LAX to Australia. Pet Express has given us many tips on how to crate train her so she would feel safe and comfortable during her long trip. After following Pet Express crate training instructions, our dog started to go to the crate to sleep and everytime she needed to feel safe. She took the long haul flight to Australia like a champion and when we picked her up she was very happy and energized. Shipping is slow, didn't arrive on time. You have to pay for return shipping and take it somewhere. NOT what I expect shopping on Amazon.
