I was quite surprised with this purchase, particularly the quality of the necklace and for the quickness in shipping. Uploading and managing the creation of the photo was very simple. It does produce a sample image of what you are creating which I found to be very true to the final product. The creation and shipping time is what truly amazed me. This was a late idea for a Christmas gift, but the item arrived with plenty of time to spare and exactly when it was predicted to show up at my door (despite it being one of the biggest shopping/shipping weeks of the year). For buyers looking to purchase: The necklace chain is somewhat short, but it was what I wanted. And of course the pendant itself is gold plated and not solid gold (which is noted in the product description). So again, not surprised and I did know beforehand what I was buying. I was skeptical about using this photo afraid it was too much detail and the background would interfere with the engraving. I couldnt be happier with this product and the fast turnaround.
