Im impressed with what i got. Now the poster i got isnt the picture i put on here but thats the picture i put on the poster im at work writing this so this all i got... but hear me out tho, its worth it. I struggled with the amazon tracking because it didnt tell me nothing and the tracking number didnt work when i put it in, usually that happens when you payed for something your eventually not going to get, so i contact them and they definitely keep you updated even without the tracking info. So i sat back and relaxed and it came in. I couldnt be more happy. Real good material like a super thick tarp kinda thing youll see schools put up for their banners. The product is is of high quality and the shipping was fast as it could get. I’m mostly impressed with the customer service. They ask for a phone number that they can reach you at so they can make sure the design you want is correct. I made a bunch of orders along with this banner such as transparent stickers. I ended up not realizing that this message they sent me was about the banner and I was discussing that I needed the design to be transparent and the circle logo. They were very patient and professional with me and I then realized this was the banner. I suppose instead of just the order number in the text message, maybe include the title of the product, that would help clear up confusion like this.
