If you are think about doing business with these people or are on the fence about it, just DO IT! These folks are incredibly kind and willing to work with you in every aspect of the process. Twice I have ordered from this small business and twice they have achieved awesome results and have left me dumbfounded. The banners they have provided me with are amazing quality and beautifully done. I had sent them an image of what I wanted printed on the banner and instead of printing it as it was, they had personally contacted me to ask if there were any higher resolution pictures I could send them. After several back and fourth conversations, and horrible correspondence pictures on my behalf, they asked if I would allow them to take my problem into their hands and develop a high resolution of the file I had provided them with. First time ordering a vinyl banner through the Factory of Stickers and have to say that I was so impressed right off the bat. I placed my order with a turn around of about 5 days. the very next day I was contacted asking me to confirm my order and was asked if I wanted to make any changes which of course I did. I made about 3 changes and each time was greeted with a picture response of the changes I wanted and the person from the company asking if I liked the changes and if I approved. after I approved they began the production of my banner and I received the banner within 3 days! The best seller of banners I have encountered. The product was high quality and arrived ahead of schedule. I would have given five stars but there was a small flaw in the middle of the banner. Im impressed with what i got. Now the poster i got isnt the picture i put on here but thats the picture i put on the poster im at work writing this so this all i got... but hear me out tho, its worth it. I struggled with the amazon tracking because it didnt tell me nothing and the tracking number didnt work when i put it in, usually that happens when you payed for something your eventually not going to get, so i contact them and they definitely keep you updated even without the tracking info. So i sat back and relaxed and it came in. I couldnt be more happy. Real good material like a super thick tarp kinda thing youll see schools put up for their banners.
