The only reason this didn't get higher than 3 stars is because I have noticed after a month or so of use that the handle slips when trying to press a larger pen piece into the wood. I have tried tightening the set screw, but it doesn't help. Otherwise, this is a really well made device, just not for heavier applications. ... show more

This pen press/drilling jig is amazing. I was very skeptical when I spent the money, but I wanted a press for my pens so I didn't have to use a woodworking vice anymore. I am amazed by all the potential for this unit. The actual jig unit seems fine. It is well made and looks like it will do the job. My problem is with the picture used to sell the thing. I was expecting the mounting board and drawer you see in the picture as part of the product. When it arrived, the picture on the box had a very small disclaimer that the drawer was not included, but the picture on Amazon lacks that disclaimer. It does say in the details that the unit has an "Extruded aluminum base provides space for a shop made drawer", but, really? Is that supposed to be a disclaimer? I would like to see at least one photo of the actual unit without all the ancillary stuff that you don't get. ... show more
