Bought these Pearington folding tables because of the low price to get two tables and should have considered the old maxim: You get what you paid for. Already owned a folding tray with slightly smaller dimensions where the "wood grain" veneer peeled from the compressed wood underneath. The description for the Pearington says solid pine but another buyer had already pointed out the tables received are basically compressed wood tops with solid wood legs. I can attest since that is what I have. The tables seem sturdy enough. They are still useful especially in a household with high-traffic and family members with a tendency to be hard on furniture. They took forever to arrive. When they finally did, trays were on the small side but served their purpose. One table was damaged (traytop wood was dented on side), either packed that way or damaged during shipping. Not worth the hassle of returning. Unsure if I could recommend this product.
