I have boughten 4 of these canopy Garages. The last one I bought was recently damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted the Peaktop Outdoor CSR Team to get a warranty replacement. I explained what had happened and asked for a warranty replacement as it had only been 8 months since I bought this one. One of the CSR Team named Kelly was handling my request. At first, I was not going to get a replacement Canopy garage. However. thought our back-and-forth communication Kelly worked Hard to to get the warranty replacement honored. After a few days of back-and-forth communication, they offered me a replacement Canopy Garage. Thier product is of good quality and construction, but the best thing was their product support and the assistance that Kelly gave me in getting my replacement garage. Was skeptical when setting it up that it would hold up but 6 months in so far so good. The ropes it comes with to secure will snap on their own and break after the first 2 months but if set up properly it will hold up great. My 1986 ford has been well protected.

Our original carport cover lasted for two years in Michigan weather. Then It began to split at the peak and get various holes in it. The frame is still in excellent shape, so we decided to replace the cover. The new cover arrived with some quality control issues. The hook and loop on the end of one of the pieces covering the vertical pole was missing and the roof contained some imperfections that looked like the start of holes. See the attached photos. Customer service for replacing the cover was excellent, and Donna was kind and efficient. She stated that if holes develop from the imperfections, they will replace the cover. ... show more

I love this canopy! I am in Florida and I use it to park my car under. The summers here are hot and this keeps my car cool. I can actually touch the steering wheel when I get in even in the middle of the day. We also get spur of the minute storms roll in. A couple of times I've had to run outside and quickly take down the canopy. Because I've been in a hurry taking the canopy down I have lost a couple of the hooks that secure the side flaps. Kelly, in customer service has been so accommodating and has replaced them for me on more than 1 occasion. ... show more

UPDATE: This company did reach out to me and offered a full refund or replacement. I would keep in mind that their integrity seems to be intact. I would like to thank them for reaching out to me and for the quick replies back and forth. They did make things right, even though it wasn't asked for. From communications I am gathering they are trying to make the product stronger and better. This by no means would I consider this a carport, garage or storage unit. I own a smaller tarp shed similar to this by Shelter Logic. When I opened the boxes to this one from Peaktop, I was really disappointed in the pole size and thickness and the thickness or thinness of the tarp sheeting. I expected to get a heavy duty carport as listed on Amazon. The zippers for the doors are lightweight and not strong at all compared to the other one I have. The anchors were not big enough to carry any kind of load. This is by no means heavy duty. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that it was easy to assemble. But, after we got it up and all the sides/doors put on, I was once again disappointed by the openings to where wind could get through, even though covered with leg coverings. The worst kicker was, that within 12 hours, this thing pulled up anchors, sandbags and all, went over a 9 foot fence and wrapped itself in my neighbors tree completely mangled plus torn in many places less than 12 hours after it was put up. The wind wasn't even that strong and it was closed up. There was no salvaging it. It was so badly mangled it had to be cut apart because the poles were bend at the connections and everywhere else. The tent covering grommets just ripped out of it everywhere, so it because 100% useless as well. I have not contacted the company for a replacement because I don't want a replacement, I basically threw $500 plus shipping out the door buying this thing plus all our wasted time putting it up. For what it is, and how it's advertised it's not a good product. My gut should have went with a Shelter Logic because I already have one and know that it's in its fourth year and still running, plus for this size shelter, it's half the cost at Menards. My Shelter Logic has been through some of the worst storms ever in Southwest Missouri and hasn't moved an inch. This Peaktop was put up in Central Missouri where the wind isn't as bad an I am so unhappy with this product because I completely wasted my money on it - stinks to be me as I could have used that money on other things.
