The media could not be loaded. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ. This is the Worst product and SELLER. I purchased this gymnastics beam for my daughter who loves gymnastics to practice at home. It worked great for a few weeks but eventually the padding on it shifted and all the staples were exposed. My daughters got badly hurt on this bar, my 7 year old almost had the top of her toe ripped off. I contacted Amazon and since we were out of the 30 day return window they gave me the seller’s phone number to try and get a resolution. I contacted them, they asked me to send proof, I sent a detailed video of the defective beam as well as pictures of my daughters injuries. They got back to me right away and apologized and offered a refund. It has been WEEKS and still no refund. I have emailed the same email they promptly answered the first time and no response. I have called back the number and left several messages and no one gets back to me. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. ... show more
