I guess I should have scrutinized the measurements, but I was mostly concerned with height because of where this was going. The platforms and houses are small and my 13 pound cats won’t use them, but they get up on it to get in the window, so it serves some purpose. It was surprisingly easy to assemble - I’ve bought a couple in the past that had me swearing and ready to scream, so this was a pleasant surprise. First, there was a problem with my order, the instructions/bolts were missing. Thanks to Julio at Amazon customer service it was rectified quickly and I had a new cat tree the very next day. The cat condo was very easy to assemble. I love that the top resting place has a removable/washable cover. This cat tree/condo is great for an average/medium size cat. A large breed like a Maine Coon wouldn't fit. My slightly overweight Siamese is very happy with her new condo, she loves the cubes for taking a nap and the top resting spot is perfect for a morning sunbath. We just adopted a little 8 week old kitten and he is very shy… we got this the third day of having him home and it definitely helped him come out of his shell more. It’s nice having him up high so he doesn’t have to always be at our feet level— which helps build his confidence. Very impressed with the quality of this. I bought the larger $54 one. It’s very stable, I don’t have to worry about it getting knocked over or injuring my kitty. It’s not like the ones you bought 10 years ago that were super wobbly and cheap. Good quality material and looks very nice in appearance in our apt. Very impressed with this. The screws can be a little hard to get in since you’re doing it basically blind. But it’s very sturdy regardless, even if you skipped doing all the screws. Small and compact enough to fit into our kitten’s “safe” space. Will be moved out into the “common area” of our apt after he gets more comfortable. This small enough to fit in our apt without taking up too much room. This is a HUGE win by Amazon. ... show more

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a cat tower that wouldn’t break our wallet and we came across this one that fit perfectly with our needs. This will be our cat’s first tower since we moved into a more spacious house. She’s already a year old and we honestly thought she wouldn’t like it and at first it seemed that way but then day 2 she was sleeping on it and laying in it through out the day. It was fun to set up with my boyfriend. It was a little tricky to find the holes that the screws went into but overall very self explanatory. The material is fuzzy and leaves fuzzy lent but not a huge deal unless you’re a clean freak. It’s pretty sturdy without nailing it to the wall. It does wobble a little when that cat leaps on and off but not a huge deal either. We picked the color because it’s Halloween theme and who doesn’t love Halloween. Over all our cat loves it.
