These are now my go to lawn cutting pants, and dog walks as well. It gets hot and humid here as a general rule for 5 months straight, and these pants are the answer I have been searching for. I have pants that dry quickly and help absorb the perspiration, but the mosquitos go right through them. Not with these pants. The material is a 70%cotton and 30% linen blend, and you can feel the linen. It just billows about in the slightest breeze, keeping my legs cooler than they have ever been in long pants. The mosquitos can find no pathway since the material is always in flux, and rarely touches my leg for more than a second or two. I love wearing these around the house now and out and about on walks. The media could not be loaded. I was so excited about these pants they came and they were lightweight true to color and look like they had plenty of room for activities. Until I went to put them on and these were the smallest 2X that I've ever known I went back to check to see if I accidentally ordered kids clothing! These are definitely not your standard 2x in the waist I'm sure the legs and the length would have been perfect but the waist was definitely somewhere between a medium and a slim large. And the images I have a 9-year-old trying them on yes there's room in the ways but that just gives a reference point of how much smaller these are than a 2X. I had really high hope for these if you're slim and tall these could probably work for you but maybe go up a size if you want to comfortable fit in the waist area. While these are traditional Indian pants designed to be worn with a kurta, I love them for just wearing comfortable pants around the house. Well made, soft material and very stylish. Can't touch this!! Recommended.

These are great for lounging around the house, for doing light exercise or stretching. This traditional garment is designed for comfort with a stretch waist and unlimited space in the seat and thighs. The fit is almost irrelevant. The fabric is a soft cross between linen and cotton.
