I ordered the no sugar cacao bars and just received the box and nothing melted. They did a great job of packing. I just tried the chocolate and love the taste, texture, consistency, etc. and feel so virtuous that it is just Cacao - no sugar, no additives, etc. I really recommend this brand.

Good dairy free option for dark chocolate

I frequently indulge in a little bit of 85+ % dark chocolate everyday, but a minor dairy allergy complicates that. I was happy to find these on Amazon to try them. The cost is a little more per bar than I can usually find at my local grocery store. When I first bit into it I was disappointed as the f
lavor and texture is different to the Ghiradelli or Lindt I am used to. However, after the weeks have gone by they have grown on me and I have to keep reminding myself that the benefits of dairy free are worth it.

I bought this chocolate for its purity. For not being "the Dutch process," using alkaline, which hinders many of the health benefits of eating high cacao / chocolate liquor content chocolate. ts of eating PURE dark chocolate with a very low sugar content. This chocolate tastes great. It's not like most chocolate most people may be familiar with. Because it's better, due to its purity, and people might have to adjust their thinking about what a chocolate bar is. This is harder, more real chocolate flavor. And if you like that? You'll love these. I also ordered and eat the PASCHA BLACK BAR, which is 100% CACAO. The Black Bar from Pascha ingredients are 100% Organic Chocolate Liquor and Organic Cacao Nobs. Zero sweeteners of any kind. I rotate in eating the 85% for a day or two, and then eat the 100% Black Bar for a day or two. If you're serious about PURE dark chocolate? And are eating dark chocolate for its health benefits? Best check how what you're eating is processed. The total ingredients. And if alkaline "the Dutch process" is used? You are not reaping the health benefits you are eating the chocolate for. Period. Just how it is. 5 stars all around except "value for money," because this is not inexpensive. But I buy it knowing its origin, its process, its purity, and its health benefits and those things balance out the cost. At least to me. And one bar lasts me 3 to 4 days. No gluttony here. Moderation for health purposes and results. Oh, and I like it very much. I like the taste of pure high cacao content chocolate.

Great quality chocolate without all the additives. My mom and husband have very sensitive stomachs and get pain with so many chocolates I have purchased in the past. Not this one. I have already purchased several times.

Perfect mixture of healthy and tasty
Flavor Name: Classic Dark
I've been searching for chocolate without palm oil, good quality chocolate with a hint of sugar, and this is the best I could find. I hope it will stay as it is now for as long as possible!
