  • Nut free, soy free, gluten free, dairy free, plant based organic dark chocolate. Welcome to the delicious healthy chocolatey world of Pascha. This is 85% Cacao but it is surprisingly mild - much smoother and lighter than you might expect.
  • All the cocoa beans are direct sourced from the farmers - no middle-men, and all are UTZ certified - which means we pay them a premium and they commit to implementing specific social, ecological and farming practices.
  • The chocolate is made at source in Peru as well and typically the beans are 30-60 days old when made into chocolate unlike other chocolates. We use very light cocoa beans and instead of adding emulsifiers like soy lecithin we use the extra cocoa butter which adds to the richness and smooth texture.
  • 3 all organic ingredients: Cane Sugar, Chocolate Liquor and Cocoa Butter. Our chocolate collection is USDA Organic Certified, UTZ Certified, Non GMO Project Verified, Kosher and Vegan.

In my search for the perfect dark chocolate I have tried many. Some are too gritty, some are too harsh or intense or chalky and at the other end of the spectrum some have little flavor. Pascha manages to strike the perfect balance between chocolate flavor and sweetness level. The chocolate flavor is mellow but nuanced and rich with an almost buttery undertone and the sweetness level allows the nuanced chocolate flavor to come through without overpowering the overall flavor. The only negative is the mouth feel. I prefer a more velvety smoothness. The Divine 70% has a better mouth feel and comes closer to perfection but that is not organic so you may want to take that into consideration. ... show more

I used to eat Lindt chocolate, but their cross-contamination problems have increased substantially in recent months. I’ve ordered this product before and it was ok. Not the best tasting chocolate but edible for sure or I wouldn’t have spent this much money on something so disgusting!! It’s definitely not the same!
