I have replaced many of hub assemblies before and never had any issues. Ever since replacement we've had an issue with a popping noise. Jacked it back up and couldn't find anything loose. Girlfriend was driving and the wheel came off. I will be testing the studs hardness as soon as possible. Was not ran loose because wheel has no damage to stud holes.
