Yes. shipping was awful, items displaced and fly around a bit, willow charcoal brakes into a few(more) pieces. But this is a great kit of everything, very good quality and suffcient for a long while drawing. Think about price I can complain nothing.

    • Removing items from box was difficult. Tight fit.
Had no idea product would be so large. I ended up removing everything and putting items in a small container for easier access. It was very difficult to pull the items out of the original box it came in. Products were good though. No complaints.

I Bought This And A Sketch Pad For My 10 Year Old Nephew For Christmas Who Seems To Be Liking To Draw Instead Of Playing On His Tablet And Phone Or Watching Youtube Crap Videos. I Did Remove The "Art Knife" Its A Razor Knife!!!

The quality of the pencils was amazing. My daughter is an artist and loved the variety. However, the problem came in how it was packaged. When we opened the box, several of the charcoals were broken, some of the pencils had the tips broken off. They were falling out of the box and into the package. The pencil set arrived in an open box with the items thrown about. Some items missing and broken charcoal everywhere. I had to throw away the box and clean charcoal off everything that was left. Won't buy again.
