As a guy who’s spent many years in a workshop, I often wonder about the weld quality on things like this.. I’m reconditioning a number of cast iron pots and pans.. gave this a try with a few items waiting for help.. left it on the kitchen floor standing to hold 5.. I gave it 6, putting a smaller pot into the pan on top.. the unit has proven to be quite sturdy… even the cats have been testing it.. seeing how much they can lean into it for a scratch.. They haven’t budged it a bit…. Perhaps I’ll consider another one for the refinished ones.. away from the cats 🐱 ... show more

Our cast iron skillets were taking too much space on the kitchen counter tops and it was starting to drive me nuts. This is a simple and quick solution to get that space back. The rack holds the pans well and is sturdy. Glad I got this and got my peace of mind back :P It would be great if they also had options for bigger cast iron pots ... show more

This iron skillet holder was just delivered and it is FANTASTIC! It is very well-built and totally sturdy. I put a rubber pad underneath the unit because it is sitting on my stovetop which is an uneven surface. I washed & dried it and put my skillets in it immediately. Excellent purchase and at a very reasonable price. This will last as long as the skillets. Highly recommend! ... show more

it is so sturdy, it holds all but one of my cast iron skillets. i was hoping the bottom space would be wide enough for my cast iron dutch oven, it wasn't but i still love it. my cabinet holds it great as well. would buy again

Purchased one for the kitchen to make the best use of space. Was worried considering the weight. Amazing, it full of cast iron Lodge pans and works perfectly. Keep heavier pans towards the bottom.
