The packaging is nice - cardboard tube, not plastic!). The vessel itself is only about 3" tall. I was surprised by how small it actually is. I don't think it smells like patchouli even a little bit, but the fragrance is nice, anyway. I can smell it when I'm near it, but it doesn't overpower the room. If it had smelled more like patchouli, this would've been a 5 star review. ... show more

I wish they would just make the refill liquid, because I already had one of these with the reeds and just needed the liquid. The fragrance is great, fills a room and lasts a long time! Please, for sustainability, just make an 8oz refill bottle!

I have never been loyal to a brand of reed diffusers before but I am never going back! I love how the scents are strong without being overpowering. The scent also covers a wide area. Normal diffusers will only work in small areas but this scent travels across an entire floor.

I love love love the lavender fragrance! Wish it was a bigger bottle, or refill. Was cheaper on Amazon, than at my local store. Problem is My package did not include reeds, & Amazon packed a small package in a ginormous box. I wont order again from here, unless they send the missing reeds
