I even folded a shirt and slid it in. No problem. I had numerous art supplies, to include decorative feathers, paintbrushes and more that I was able to store in a flatter configuration thus making them more accessible as well as safe from dust and dirt. I used these to fit 5 x 7 art print for my shop (The Dragon's Book Hoard) and they fit perfectly! I was worried the plastic would be the measured sized and not necessarily fit those size photos but thankfully these were true to size and fit 5in by 7in photos/prints. The cardboard I bought separately and there's enough space for one or two more prints (it's very thick cardstock so without it I'm sure a few more items could fit inside). 5 x 7 cards fit perfectly ... but the envelopes are a really tight fit. The sides tore on several as I struggled to get the envelope in. Correction -- Darice envelopes don't fit, but the Ohuhu envelopes fit perfectly.

These fit for what it was meant for, however, you have to be very delicate with them. The sides will split and you would have to tape them back. We did not seal them so we could not rate that one.
