Our suggested mode of operation would be to start with the FM sweep speed at 200ms in either the forward or reverse setting with the antenna extended. From there, it is best to experiment with what works best for you as what may work well for one individual may not be what is preferred by another.

This combination kit includes the universal DAS-X1 Orbital Bluetooth Speaker and the longtime favorite P-SB7 Spirit Box. Use the AUX cord to connect your P-SB7 and DAS-X1 to provide big sound for your P-SB7! We suggest using any type of recorder to record your sessions so you can go back and listen to anything that you may have missed. Some individuals may receive responses immediately or clear as day, and for some individuals it may take a bit more time to receive responses or to tune your hearing into things that may be missed. This product can be used anywhere at any time. The X1 speaker is enabled with Bluetooth however, the P-SB7 is not Bluetooth enabled. This X1 speaker may be used with your smartphone or any other Bluetooth compatible device. I'm looking forward to using this on my next ghost hunt. I submitted a request for support because the second day I had it it just did not seem like it wanted to stay powered on. It was just a battery issue. This spirit box is amazing.. I used it a few days ago for the 1st time at my family cemetery that I maintain. My ancestors going back to the very early 1800s to early 1900s ate buried there. I asked questions using the spirit box and WOW!!! I asked the spirits there to say my name several times and I heard a reply and I also asked the spirits to say their names and I heard a reply at the time but couldn't make out what was said. I got home and used my software to slow down the recording from the session I did from my tablet and I heard my 5th GG father's name as well as others and when I asked the spirits to say our last name it was clear too. I also heard "we love you'' and my name. This brought tears to my eyes... I heard numerous replies to my questions. I do recommend watching a YouTube video on how to remove the antenna. I love this thing. Very easy to use, as opposed to the S-box. Inboard speaker is sufficient, but the included speaker is a bonus, as well as versatile since it's bluetooth capable (SB-7 is not). Add an ANC-mini, about half the cost of building your own portal and doesn't require an outside power source, and it really cleans up the responses you got and is much more portable. If I had to nitpick, the only complaint would be water or moisture resistance. There is absolutely none. So keep that in mind if you use this at certain locations. Just got it in the mail yesterday. Works like a champ and is very loud. Use with a digital recorder and listen to the recorder with headphones... you will be surprised what comes through this device. It’s a must have for the quest for investigating any location said to be haunted. I recommend watching YouTube tutorials on it. You’ll be happy with this purchase! I had a skeptic with me the first time I used it and he is now a believer and I don’t think he slept all night after hearing a couple intelligent responses. ... show more

Why only after not even a months use is my speaker now almost silent when only used with my sb 7 ??? Theres no way to get the sound to go up the now in sb7 modes louder then the speaker use itself
