It says it will hold an adult male. My husband was 220 lbs when he passed and he had a large amount of ash. We distributed some of him in a memorial marker and spread some around his favorite hunting area, so We had about 50% left and I thought this would hold what was left. It will not even come close. The urn is beautiful...but DOES NOT hold ashes up to a person weighing 200 lbs. Our loved one was no where near 200 pounds and this urn only held about one third to one half of the ashes.

This Urn is quit small. Definitely doesn't hold up to 160 lbs. I had tons of ashes left over. It's priced cheaply and I feel it's because of the size.
