When I initially ordered this reed diffuser almost a year ago, I was impressed by the mild scent but also of its longevity. Almost a year of scent for a reed diffuser is an amazing deal. I ordered 3 more a few weeks ago. They all were shipped neatly and each diffuser had its own box. The bottles were fairly full. One scent was a little too mild for the size of the room I put it in, so I ordered one more diffuser for that space. It came today - no nice box from the company, but in a plastic bag with the reeds rubber banded to the bottle. The bottle isn't full, as you can see in the picture. I saw another review with the same complaint. I think I will order from the company directly next time, instead of going through Amazon. ... show more

I purchased this diffuser for my small 10 x 10 office. The scent is not overbearing, but the aroma does fill the room; it’s the first thing I smell when I enter my office each morning. I’m also giving 5-Stars to the company, P.F. Candles because their customer service was great when I needed their help! The packaging was terrific....however, the smell is horrible...smells like an old ladies perfume...gave me a splitting headache....soooooo disappointed, since I Love the smell of Rose.....
