    • Great range, great pattern, trial and error installation
I installed on of these bulbs in my 2001 Toyota Sequoia and was impressed with the improvement in brightness and light pattern. Everything worked just fine...until...I installed the second. It appeared that the system needed the resistance from at least one incandescent bulb in order for these LED bulbs to work in my case. I liked these so much I invested in a plug in resistor set to simulate the resistance needed. That made everything happy and me too! The only concern I have is how long will the internal mechanical fans hold up. I had tried some other LED replacement bulbs and was dissatisfied due to irregular beam patterns and "hot spots". If I have to replace these, I would probably go back with the same. ... show more

I tried to get before/after pics of the lights on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma, but I could not get a pic that showed the lighting difference, so you'll just have to take my word for it. I never really had an issue with the halogen lighting, but I was annoyed when I'd have to replace them every other year. I even timed them to alternate so both wouldn't burn out at once. However, after replacing both lamps with these, I can now see a huge difference! I can tell my lights are on even in the city lights, something I couldn't always tell before. Also, I didn't want to be one of those annoying people who has the bright LEDs that shine in your face when you drive past them, but I believe the angles are such that they are focused more in front of you. Again, I didn't notice a problem with my lighting before, but now I don't see how I can go back to halogens! Obviously I cannot yet vouch for the longevity, but these do boast about 10 years of life, so if mine burn out really far before that mark, I will come back to adjust my review. ... show more

    • Literal night and day difference!
Materials are very nice. Smooth cast aluminum housing and apparent excellent machining. Yes, Im talking about a headlight bulb! Fit and finish are great, and these things shine like the sun! 65K is no joke. The road looks like noon with the high beams on. Was having issues riding at night. I live in a very curvy part of the world, and was having difficulty at night not being able to see where I was going into a turn. I dont know if its the coherent light that LED's make, or just the absolute ton of lumens these things produce, but the spillover light lights up the sides of the road well enough for me to see through a turn before committed. I know these are "offroad" lights, but Ive got them aimed correctly, and have not had any drivers flash me over my bright lights. I feel much more confident, and safe riding home from my night shift job. They are installed on a 98 Triumph with dual 5 3/4 headlights. It is fantastic. ... show more

This was a very welcome replacement for an old style h4 bulb in my Zero DSR. the light looks amazing, fits well (with a slight modification for my application) and has a much brighter light with longer distance and better cut off. It also has a great white hue to it vs the typical yellow from the old style. Construction and build quality is excellent. The fan is audible but not annoying. I'm surprised they can fit thus much light in such a compact package. This set comes with 2x bulbs and gloves for handling and installing. This is a 5 star product, outstanding value. What a difference a bulb makes! My car is an "Oldie but goodie", a 1999 Toyota Camry. After all these years the car runs like new, so why get rid of it and pay new-car prices? I could tell the heads lights were getting quite dim. I did clean the headlamp lenses, which were oxidized, but still the old Halogen bulb output was weak. My eyes are also not as good as they used to be in the dark so I knew a bulb upgrade was in order. These bulbs were a perfect fit and only took me about ten minutes to replace (Okay, I cheat - I looked a video on YouTube first). I'm quite pleased withe the brightness and the fact that they don't blind oncoming traffic. If you have an older car like mine, these bulbs are the perfect upgrade! ... show more

It fits the Toyota RAV4 headlight. Good quality product. It seems like a long-lasting one. I like its packaging as well. I used to spend around $30 to buy hydrogen-style headlights and they were broken after a few years. I switched to LED to save some money.

    • Better light intensity for my scooter
Not all H4's work in all situations, but these worked well on my scooter. Much better light levels, and I like the cool white color. The scooter lamp has no adjustments, so the bright beam is a little high, but I can see well now on very dark streets when I drive at night. No looking back at halogens after this! ... show more
