It is well padded and wide in the seat. I am a senior male and have found that air hole in the seat to b very important. I ride 12 to 24 miles a day, weather permitting. Talk about a game changer. I'm a larger guy, 6'1" and 250lbs. So typically bike seats are uncomfortable for me. I bought this one after reading a couple good reviews and I was not disappointed. I would feel safe saying that if you are larger than I am up to maybe around 280lbs is feel very comfortable recommending this seat. It's larger size provides great support for your butt making it very comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time. I purchased this seat for a new ebike.. After riding it for 35 miles with the seat that came with the bike, my back and rear end were in terrible pain, so I knew I had to upgrade the factory seat. What a HUGE difference! It was simple to install, plenty of adjustment points, and it is amazingly comfortable. A matter of fact, it's so thick and plush, I had to lower the seat post some to accommodate the difference. Okay, I got a pelaton and was so excited to start. Day one I got off and was kinda disappointed at how uncomfortable that first ride was. Day two I start and ended up having to stop my ride because I was so bruised. Thankfully I saw a recommendation for this seat and ordered it right then and there. LOVE it! Its a cloud compared to the other seat! However, I have to tighten it every day. It seems to loosen after every ride which can be a bit annoying. Adding this new cushion was perfect for our peloton bike +! My husband and I have found this seat be a lot more comfortable when we’re peddling in the saddle. It is the perfect size for both of us as we are a 1 foot apart (6’1” vs 5’1”) using this same seat. My husband put it together and so it did take about an hour or so for him to put it together. Keeping in mind that taking out the original seat also took an additional 30 min. He did have watch a few YouTube videos which eventually helped. I looked at "comfort" seats for what seemed forever. I swear I looked at all that are available to consumers in the U.S., but never bought one for many reasons to include; too expensive, shipped from China, not enough information about how they mounted, not fitting my bike, bad reviews, mixed reviews, and on and on. This seat is fantastic - period. If you are looking for a large comfort seat for your bike this is it. I am so happy with it. Yes, it is large but that is what I was looking for. I've had major back surgery which requires me to use a comfort seat. I am 150 lbs. and am a casual rider on an e-bike in an upright position. So this seat works perfectly and price is right! Again, I've looked at a lot of seats over the months and this one is the best in my opinion based on how if feels to sit on and the price. It comes with a mounting bracket for bikes that need the seat to fasten directly to the seat post. However, this bracket can be removed so you can mount it to a bike that has seat rail mounts. Shipping was fast. Look around if you want, but this is the comfort seat you want. ... show more

This seat feels and works great on the Peloton cycling bike however it squeaks! At first it did not but after regular use over a few months it started to squeak, even just as much as pushing it down with your hand it squeaks. Overall, the feel/look is great but I hate the noise!
