The media could not be loaded. This is a nice quality hoop. The backing board has pads to keep it off the door and protect the door, and also so it stays perpendicular. It fits well over the door and comes with four mini basket balls and a pump. I like everything about it aside from the electronics. It doesn't seem to register baskets well, and the volume can't be adjusted. This is going in my daughter's bedroom over her door and it is crazy loud for such a small space. Also, my daughter who is 7 attached the net. I think she did it a little goofy and that's why it looks weird. I'm pretty sure it is a normal proper net so don't let that distract you from an otherwise good product (with volume issues!) ... show more

Haven't had one of these since I was a kid and I used to love to play with this when outdoor time wasn't an option. This is great, but has a few design flaws. What's great is that it fits over the door frame as promised and relatively easy to assemble. There was one screw that was a bit stiff, but no biggie. My complaints with it is the over the door bracket is just a little thick so you can't close the door when using it. Another thing is the size of the gap for the door bracket. I know it's meant to accommodate for many door sizes, but it's too large so it leaves a lot of room for when you use it and it makes loud noises. Instead of a 90 degree bend, if the metal was acute so maybe a 80 degree bend, it would hold the backboard against the door better. The metal is soft enough so I did bend it a little with force to make it fit slightly better on the door. Which brings up second point, the bracket needs some rubber or foam pads so it doesn't damage the paint on the door. It's minor, but after a few uses I can see minor black marks on my white door. Easy solution is some sticky felt pads. So definitely could use some improvements even as a kids toy. I would say, if I were and vengeful friend lol I would give it to a friend's child who loves sports cause this thing makes plenty of noise since there is so much space for the backboard to bounce from the force of the ball, it would be annoying for long term use. ... show more

This product is great. It is exactly as described. If you get the one with the scoreboard I will let you know it is pretty loud. There isn't a volume adjust button or anything of the sorts so you just have to deal with it.
