The product came in and was easy to assemble. The directions didnt go over the extra bag it came with and what it is used for. Once I assembled and filled up the tub, the part where you drain the water has a leak and I hadn't even used it yet. Its not a major leak but water is leaking out of it which is unfortunate, considering how new it is. Also the picture shown online isnt really what it looks like based on the fabric. The cover is cheaply made. Wish it was more study and could withstand rain getting on it. All in all if it weren't for the leak, I would have been more pleased with the product, but that put a damper on it. Its definitely useable though. The customer Service department did handle the issue well. They responded quickly and efficiently. They issued me a full refund due to inventory being out of stock.
