I've had this wig for like 3 years, and I wear it mostly for special occasions. It is such a beautiful wig. The texture is yaky but soft, so this a freshly styled blowout. The part is nice, after plucking the edges a bit and cutting a few pieces, I can pull up the sides, do updos and ponytails. I'll be getting it again in a darker color like dark brown because the one I have now is ombre with blonde. I'm looking to get a more natural looking one I can use for everyday. ... show more

This unit has fabulous color. However, a few of the curls fell and I had to curl the entire unit bec most of the curls were very meh. I worked on her a LOT. I really shouldn't have to basically do outre's job for them. I expect better made units in the near future. The yaki texture is bushy, I don't dig that either. You can use 200 to 300 degrees on her to calm the frizz of the fibers and still retain the integrity of the texture. 400 degrees will more than likely change the unit to a silky unit. I love outre, but this one was very frustrating. I guess everyone else digs bushy, fly away hair, and flat curls but I don't. ... show more

I've become a "wig person" not too many years ago. I've tried many different ones and this one is by far one of my favorites. Doesn't take much to maintain. Just give it a comb and through it on. I cut the lace all the way off, because I don't want to use glues on my hair, and use the combs for security. I like it. ... show more

Ive now purchased this wig 3 times because I really love it. Its soft silky yaki/natural hair. However, it was certainly Poorly Shipped from Amazon and Sold by Hair Style 21. It was not packaged up and sealed. It was left on the concrete floor of my front porch where bugs were infested around it. This is why I gave this 1 star. Will not purchase a 4th one here. First of all.. let me get the pro's out of the way before what you might consider con's is addressed. This wig... bomb, right out the package! I purchased the melted Butterscotch color. It was smooth, bouncy, had a natural finish and feel. Just like the other reviewers mentioned, it mimics the kinky-straight texture unlike any other synthetic I've come across. The strands LOOK like human hair and acts like it too. I put heat to it at about the recommended 400° and BABY, it was pressed out! The color melt and blend was superior, as was the lace and under cap. Now to the con's, or things worth mentioning. The wig would accommodate a medium to medium-large head size. However, I have head on the more smaller size so I had to make adjustments to get it to fit since it kept loosening and poofing up. The wig is SUPER full and for someone petite in stature like me, it clearly looked fake. Let's say I was channeling grown Simba! I had to work at thinning it out a lot to get it to look natural -- con for me, a pro for those who like volume. I find that the color was too much on the yellow/champagne side, which is bothersome since I have golden undertones already. This was mostly on the top layer but somehow the underneath layer was the color I hoped that the wig would be. It was a neutral almost blue-blonde which should have been the top layer in my opinion. I'm looking to tint it so that it's more on the cooler side. Oh, and the money piece as they call it.. was too much. It didn't have the melted effect to tone down the wiggy look and it was too yellow, but if you're looking for drama then it wouldn't be a problem for you. I wasn't fond of the bang swoop either. It was too much hair and wished that the wig allowed the switching of the part. It wasn't a full lace in the front so you're stuck with the lace just only at the left side-part.
