I’m a round 5’ gal, so it was nice to have the inseam measurement in the description. Of course it was too long (I knew it would be), and I didn’t use it for skiing, but it kept me warm (roomy for my thermal leggings and sweat pant layers underneath) and dry outdoors for prolonged periods of time doing nothing to moderate activity. I went snowboarding for my first time and I fell A LOT! They kept me very warm and no ice got into the pants. The only thing I would say is get a size down unless you are planning on layering a lot.
