The little scrubbers are quite difficult to actually attach and release from the handle. Almost like the part the is supposed to grab into them doesn’t open all the way so it sort of needs to be forced. Unfortunately after cleaned the toilet, I don’t really want to touch it to remove it so I just end up fighting with the rim of my trash can. But they do work really well so I suppose it’s worth the struggle! ... show more

Love, love, LOVE this thing! I love that it’s hands free; I love that to stores refills; I love that it comes with the cleaner built in the scrubber. Works great, great material and nicely compact. Only negative I could say is that the handle has a curve and when stored, sticks out opposite to the storage box. I used a name brand version of this at a friends house and loved the easy of cleaning. Being the frugal gal that I am, I searched amazon for a cheaper version and that's exactly what I got! Cheaper in price, but also cheaper in quality. If I had never tried another brand I might have thought it was okay, but that's not the case. While it was easy to assemble, actual use of it isn't quite as smooth. You have to apply quite a bit of pressure for the pads to lock into the scrubber, which does not combine well with the flimsy base fixture. Once on, it cleans the toilet well, the pad soaps up nicely. Slight difficulty appear again when it's time to get the pad off and into the trash can. A simple push of a button on the name brand version DOES NOT translate to this brand. It is more of a feat with this product: pushing and jabbing the button a couple of times, tied with a few swings of the wand against the trash can usually pop it off. I will not be repurchasing, in fact, I'll likely chalk it up and get the more expensive and better working brand. ... show more

I've actually bought this product a couple times. The head doesn't clamp all the way on to the handle. I've just dealt with it and make do with the issue. Sometimes the head would come off from the handle in the toilet and I would have to press it back together while in the toilet. Today... I was cleaning the toilet and went down to the hole and the head came off. Typically when this happens the head floats to the surface. But this time it floated up but was up in the back of the hole of the toilet. I think while cleaning I may of snagged the edge of it which helped make it pull off and actually wedged it in the back of the hole. Ended up having to drain the water and use a piece of wire to get the head out. What was meant to be a quick 5 minute wipe down turned into an hour long ordeal and a nasty allergic reaction to the gloves I had to put on. 😭 Will not buy this product again. ... show more
