The fabric is 10/10, coming out of the package the pants look completely tiny, but once you get them on have great stretch to them, tops were a bit tight at first to put on but those stretch as well and really mold to your body, the shorts as well- overall really gives you a snatched look. If you’re wanting that order your normal size, if you want some extra room go a size up, I’ll definitely be sizing up only due to the pants and bottoms! This is very good quality thick fabric and padding! Makes my chest area look good and sucked in my stomach even with me being bloated. True to size I would say if you want more wiggle room to grow go up a size. True to size but it did keep sliding down which was annoying but it was not see thru and its a great material. I wouldnt buy again I like to run so I need workout clothes that wont slide down but its a cut fit— im wearing a medium Im 5’3
