In fact, there's so little give that some of the stitching came out when I overstuffed it. But that rigidity is good because it will not flop over and spill your stuff. It's easy to lift out in one piece with, again, not spilling stuff everywhere. The walls of it are thick so it's not flimsy. There is a strap that hooks onto the zipper pull and the side of the purse. I clip my key carabiner on it. There is a zippered component that sticks in with velcro so you can take it out if you don't need it. It has so much room for so many things. My whole life is in it. Possibly one of the BEST purchases I've made! The inside of this also is removeable, so I often just use that in my smaller handbags. I love the quality, the felt is thick and keeps its shape. Even arrived in a duster bag, which I thought was super nice. Absolutely love this! Definitely recommend

Not happy with the color. I ordered the light pink that looked similar to the lining of my LV bag. It's more like a neon pink. It's a nice enough organizer. I gave it to my daughter because it is such a bright pink.
